Som Boeun got married to Som Suon when he was 21 years old. Som Suon died because of sickness. Boeun has 6 siblings, but his younger brother died in 1973. His father called Som Bin. His mother called Kim Sao. His father also died 1973 with his brother. His mother recently died for last four or five years. Boeun has 7 children. Two sons and five daughters. One of them died because of bomb. Boeun worked as an ex-Khmer Rouge soldier for one month. In the Khmer Rouge regime, he was lacking of food, water, medical care, and shelter. He got serious injury. He was in combat situation. He was close to death. He was forced to separate from his family members. He experienced the unnatural death of his family and friend. He was lost. He has suffocated since 1979 until now. Recently, he feels jumply. He feels irritable. He is avoiding activities that remind him of the traumatic events. He is avoiding thoughts associated with the traumactic experience. He feels others are hostile him.
សោម បឿនរៀបការជាមួយ សោម សួននៅពេលដែលបឿនមានអាយុ២១ឆ្នាំ។ សោម សួនស្លាប់ដោយសារតែជំងឺ។ បឿនមានបងប្អូន៦នាក់ ប៉ុនែ្ដប្អូនប្រុសម្នាក់ស្លាប់នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ ឪពុកឈ្មោះ សោម ប៊្គន។ ម្ដាយឈ្មោះ គឹម សៅ។ ឪពុកស្លាប់ជាមួយប្អូនប្រុសនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ ម្ដាយទើបតែស្លាប់ ៤ ទៅ៥ឆ្នាំកន្លងទៅនេះ។ បឿនមានកូន៧នាក់ ប្រុសពីរ ស្រី៥នាក់។ ប៉ុនែ្ដក្នុងចំណោមនោះកូនគាត់ម្នាក់ស្លាប់ដោយសារគ្រាប់ផេ្លាង។ បឿនធ្លាប់ធើ្វអតីតទាហ៊ានខែ្មរក្រហមរយៈពេលមួយខែ។ នៅសម័យខែ្មរក្រហមគាត់ខ្វះខាតម្ហូបម្ហា ទឹក ថ្នាំព្យាបាល និងជម្រកស្នាក់នៅ។ គាត់ធ្លាប់រងរបួសធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ។ គាត់ធ្លាប់ប្រយុទ្ធតស៊ូនៅក្នុងសមរភូមិ។ គាត់ត្រូវគេអប់រំអោយផ្លាស់ប្ដូរគំនិត។ គាត់ជិតតែនឹងត្រូវស្លាប់ខ្លួន។ គាត់ត្រូវខែ្មរក្រហមបបែកចេញពីគ្រួសារដោយបង្ខំ។ គាត់ធ្លាប់ជួបប្រទះការស្លាប់ខុសបែ្លកពីធម្មតានៃក្រុមគ្រួសាររបស់គាត់។ គាត់ធ្លាប់វងេ្វង។ គាត់មានអាការៈថប់ដង្ហើមពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧៩មកដល់បច្ចុប្បន្ន។ បច្ចុប្បន្ន គាត់ឆាប់ភ្ញាក់ផ្អើល។ គាត់ឆាប់ខឹង។ គាត់ចង់ជៀសវាងនូវសកម្មភាពណាដែលធើ្វឱ្យគាត់នឹកដល់រឿងក្រៀមក្រំចិត្ដរបស់គាត់។ គាត់ចង់ជៀសវាងមិនឱ្យគិតអំពីហេតុការណ៍ដ៏ក្រៀមក្រំចិត្ដរបស់គាត់។ គាត់គិតថាអ្នកដទៃសុទ្ធតែជាសត្រូវនឹងគាត់។
