Suos Hong was a rice seller, selling along the road. One day a customer gave her a paper saying it related to rice issue. Curiosity caused her to keep the paper. Being an illiterate, she expected other people to read for her. After her selling errant, she went to visit her relative in Casino. In casino she was arrested by soldier for carrying letter that curse the government. Later, she was bailed by first lieutenant Yong Phatt.
នាងសួស ហុង រកស៊ីលក់អង្ករចូលតាមផ្លូវ។ ថ្ងៃមួយពេលលក់អង្ករ កូនអ្នកទិញអង្ករបានហុចខិតប័ណ្ណមួយដោយនិយាយថាជាខិតប័ណ្ណ បញ្ហាអត់អង្ករ។ដោយចង់ដឹងសេចក្ដីខិតប័ណ្ណសាម៉ីខ្លួនក៍ទទួលយកមក ទុកក្នុងហោ)េ៉ៅទុកយកទៅផ្ទះឱ្យគេអានឱ្យស្ដាប់ព្រោះខ្លួនមិនចេះអក្សរ។ ក្រោយលក់រួចក៍មកលេងបងប្អូននៅកាស៊ីណូក៍ត្រូវទាហានចាប់ខ្លួន មូលហេតុឃើញមានខិតប័ណ្ណជេររដ្ឋាភិបាល។ បន្ទាប់មកក៍មានការធានា ពីលោកអនុសេនីយទោ យ៉ង់ ផាត់។
