Phal Tuy, born in Phnom Penh, was arrested on December-11-1974. The person was arrested while he was walking in Longvek barrack. He was suspected of being enemy's agent. The person denied that he had never served enemy's movement. Since 1970, he had worked as mason and lived with his father who was airman. On the day he was arrested, he had been angry with his father and had gone to look for his friend in Longvek barrack, in attempt to join army, but he could not find him. Late at night, he walked straight to the soldier who were in the front of the barrack in order to ask for permission to stay there for a night. However, he was arrested by those soldier.
ផល់ ទុយ ដើមកំណើតនៅភ្នំពេញ ត្រូវបានកងទ័ពជាតិចាប់ខ្លួន នៅថ្ងៃ១១-ធ្នូ-១៩៧៤ ដោយសង្ស័យជាភ្នាក់ងារខ្មាំងដើរចូលទៅក្នុង បន្ទាយលង្វែក។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនបានឆ្លើយថាខ្លួនពុំដែលបម្រើចលនាខ្មាំងទេ។ តាំងពីព្រឹត្ដិការណ៍ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ខ្លួនបានប្រកបរបរជាជាងកំបោរនៅជាមួយ ឪពុកធ្វើទាហានអាកាសចរ។ ថ្ងៃចាប់ខ្លួនដោយខឹងនឹងឪពុកបានទៅរក ពួកម៉ាកធ្វើទៅហាន នៅបន្ទាយលង្វែកដើម្បីសុំចូលធ្វើទាហានជាមួយគ្នា តែរកពុំឃើញ ហើយយប់ជ្រៅផងក៍ដើរទៅរកកងទ័ពជាតិដែលនៅ មុខបន្ទាយដើម្បីសុំស្នាក់មួយយប់ហើយក៍ត្រូវបានទាហានចាប់តែម្ដង។
