Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Neh Taloas uesd to be a village chief of the enemy region in 1970. He resigned and did other business afterward. In 1972, he secretly reported on the enemy activities to national army led by Loh Kosem in Phnom Penh. After his move was realised, he fled to live in South Vietnam for a year. In 1974, Loh Kosem contacted Neh Taloas and ordered him to gather the Cham living in South Vietnam to be returning to the Republic Kampuchea. Having completed his assignment, Los Taloas went to make report for Loh Kosem in Phnom Penh, but did not meet since Kosem had been off lo-abroad. At that time, Taloas went to the department of war victim affairs to ask for asylum as a refugee, but was arrested by national armed forces.
ណេះ តាលាស់ ធ្លាប់ធ្វើជាប្រធានភូមិនៅតំបន់ខ្មាំងក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧០។ ក្រោយមកក៏សុំឈប់រកស៊ីធម្មតា។ ១៩៧២ បានលួចយកព័តមាន ពីខ្មាំងមកឱ្យកងទ័ពជាតិឡេះកូសេមនៅភ្នំពេញ។ ក្រោយមកបែកការណ៍ ក៏រត់ទៅវៀតណាមខាងត្បូងរយពេល១ឆ្នាំ។ ១៩៧៤លោក ឡេះកូសេម បានហៅណេះតាលាស់មកឱ្យប្រមូលជនជាតិឥស្លាម ដែលនៅ វៀតណាមខាងត្បូងឱ្យចូលមកសាធារណរដ្ឋកម្ពុជាវិញ។ ពេលនោះ សាម៉ីខ្លួនបានទាក់ទងហើយរាយការណ៍ឱ្យឡេះកូសេម ឡេះកូសេមបានចេញ ទៅបរទេសផុតទៅ។ ពេលសាម៉ីខ្លួនចូលមកសុំសិទ្ធជ្រកកោន ជាជនភៀសខ្លួននៅនាយកដ្ឋានទទួលបន្ទុកជនរងក្រោះ ដោយសង្គ្រាម ក៏ត្រូវកងអាវុធហត្ថចាប់ខ្លួនតែម្ដង។
