Satt He aka Hiek, working in company of Chroy Chang Var state warehouse, implicated Rach, deputy chief of platoon of Chroy Chang Var state warehouse, in the confession of Hiek. Rach received the traitorous plan from Sinuon and Samrech to eat and drink freely and to destroy hoisting machine.
