Yem Chantha was arrested for being found on him Sangkum Reasniyum card and red flag which was decorated with hammer and sickle. For he was businessman, he was bailed by his uncle who was financial chief of Prey Veng, Kampong Leav sub-district for chief of 50 houses, battalion commander of Prey Veng province and was also a police in Phnom Penh.
យ៉ែម ចន្ថា ត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួនដោយមានការសង័្សយព្រោះនៅជាប់ នឹងខ្លួនមានប័ណ្ណសង្គមរាស្ដ្រនិយម ទង់ក្រហមរូបញញួរនិងកណ្ដៀវ។ យោងតាមសាម៉ីខ្លួនជាអ្នករកស៊ីត្រូវបាននាយក្រុមហិរញ្ញវត្ថុព្រៃវែង មេ៥០ខ្នង, នៅសង្កាត់កំពង់លាវ, មេបញ្ជាការកងវរសេនាតូចការ ពារខេត្ដព្រៃវែង, ភ្នាក់ងារនគរបាលនៅភ្នំពេញត្រូវជាឪពុកមារធានា។
