Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Khann Khaey was arrested for breaking curfew and for holding social paper with symbols of Sihanouk. Khan Khaey confessed that he used to serve French soldiers in 1946 until 1956, he worked in the Ministry of Saburban Affairs. His duty was to catch dogs. In 1971, he gave up this assignment because he wanted to serve the military service. Then, he left Kampong Soeng village for Phnom Penh to visit his daughter at Tuol Tumpoung. Early in the morning when he went back home, he was arrested by soldiers. concerning the social paper, he said he held it because he did not possess a black card.
ខាន់ ខើយ ត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួនពីបទដើរខុសម៉ោងកំណត់ និងមានប័ណ្ណ សង្គមដែលមានសីហនុ។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនបានសារភាពថាធ្លាប់បានធ្វើ ទាហានបារាំងក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៤៦ រហូតដល់១៩៥៦ រួចមកធ្វើការនៅ ក្រសួងរបើសក្រុងមានភារកិច្ចអ្នកចាប់ឆ្កែ។ ១៩៧១ ឈប់ធ្វើ ហើយមានបំណងចូលធ្វើទាហានក៏ចេញពីភូមិកំពង់សឹងមកភ្នំពេញដើម្បី សួរសុខទុក្ខកូនស្រីនៅទួលទំពូងហើយងើបពីយប់ត្រឡប់មកផ្ទះវិញក៍ ត្រូវទាហានចាប់ខ្លួន។ បញ្ហាប័ណ្ណសង្គមសាម៉ីខ្លួននិយាយថាខ្លួនគ្មាន កាតខ្មៅកាន់ក៏កាន់ប័ណ្ណនេះជំនួសវិញ។
