Srey Kaosreng aka Srey Chanthan joined Khmer Communist since 1970 and became commander of platoon 13, responsible for spying region 203. On July-17-1975, the person defected to national troop in Vihear Sour. The person defected because he had killed chief Kh20 and chief Ng192. According to the interrogation, the person was assigned to defect in order to observe military base and sub-military operation sector in Vihear Sour.
ស្រី កៅសេ្រង ហៅ ស្រី ចាន់ថន ចូលបម្រើខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ តាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ជាមេបញ្ជាការកងអនុសេនាតូចលេខ១៣ ផ្នែក ស៊ើបការណ៍ភូមិភាគ២០៣។ បានចុះចូលកងទ័ពជាតិនៅថ្ងៃ១៧-កក្ដដា-១៩៧៤នៅវិហារសួគ៍។ មូលហេតុចុះចូលគឺសាម៉ីខ្លួនបានបាញ់ ស្លាប់ប្រធានឃលេខ២០, ង១៩២។ តាមការសួរចម្លើយសាម៉ីខ្លួន ត្រូវបានអង្គការខ្មែររំដោះឱ្យក្លែងខ្លួនជាជនចុះចូលដើម្បីមកយកព័ត៌ មានពីទីតាំងកងទ័ពនានាក្នុងផ្នែកសឹករងវិហារសួគ៍។
