On October 25-30, 1973, 6 Khmer rebels propagandized to persuade people to move out to live in their controlled region. 170 families in O Bek Ka-Am village, Wat Kaok, Chrey Kaong along with many other families in Wat Chumpou Voan escaped to the enemies's region. The enemies compeled 1000 people to join their soldiers who were now being trained in many villages such as Tasa, Tuol Khpuos, Boeng Kanh Chap, Kruos, Prey Lvea, Prey Khla in Kampong Speu province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៥-៣០ ខែតុលា-១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមចំនួន៦នាក់បាន ឃោសនាបញ្ចុះបញ្ចូលអ្នកស្រុកឱ្យភៀសខ្លួនចូលតំបន់វាកាន់កាប់វិញ។ មានចំនួន១៧០គ្រួសារនៅភូមិអូរបែកក្អម, វត្ដគោក, ជ្រៃគោង និង គ្រួសារនៅវត្ដជម្ពូវន្ដ បានភៀសខ្លួនចូលតំបន់ខ្មាំង។ ខ្មាំងបានចាប់ បង្ខំពលរដ្ឋចំនួន១០០០នាក់ ឱ្យចូលបម្រើកងទ័ពវា ដែលសព្វថ្ងៃកំពុង ហាត់រៀននៅតាមភូមិតាសា, ទួលខ្ពស់, បឹងកញ្ចប់, គ្រួស, ព្រៃល្វា, ព្រៃខ្លា ក្នុងខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។
