In the night of August-30-1973 till August-31-1973, a group of armed Khmer Rebels came from Tameun village, South of Au Toek Thla arrested a monk chief and severals monks in a religious temple along with many other families of the villagers. Monks who stayed in the temple escaped to our government's controlled region.
រាត្រីថ្ងៃ៣០-សីហា-១៩៧៣ ដល់ថ្ងៃ៣១-សីហា-១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាម ប្រដាប់អាវុធមួយក្រុមមកពីភូមិតាម៉ឺនខាងត្បូងអូរទឹកថ្លាចូលមកចាប់ លោកគ្រូចៅអធិការវត្ដ និងព្រះសង្ឃខ្លះព្រមទៅំងអ្នកស្រុកជាច្រើន គ្រួសារទៀត។ ព្រះសង្ឃជាច្រើនអង្គដែលគង់ក្នុងវត្ដនោះបានរត់ ភៀសខ្លួនមកកាន់តំបន់រដ្ឋាភិបាលយើង។
