On September 23 1973, about 30 Khmer rebels, under the command of Chroeng, captured inhabitant who cut grass for their cow at the edge of Trapeang Tamann village in Pneay quarter, Peang Lvea district, and attacked national troops of Ta Mann village who were operating in that place.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ២៣ កញ្ញា ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមចំនួន៣០នាក់ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការ ឈ្មោះច្រឹង បានលបស្ទាក់ចាប់អ្នកស្រុកចេញទៅច្រូតស្មៅឱ្យគោស៊ីនៅចុង ភូមិត្រពាំងតាមាន់ សង្កាត់ព្នាយ ស្រុកពាំងល្វា ព្រមទៅំងពួនស្ទាក់បាញ់ កងទ័ពជាតិនៅភូមិតាមាន់ ដែលឡើងទៅប្រតិបត្ដិការនៅតំបន់នោះ។
