Sarin, medical staff of Takhmau tyre factory, joined the C.I.A in 1970, under the nomination of Um Sinoeun and the acceptation of Pin Thon. After April 17, 1975 he linked C.I.A network with Pin Thon and carried out activities with Neak Nguon's group to convince old workers to oppose to the revolutionary Angkar relating to living, working, eating, and all kinds of freedom.
សារិន ពេទ្យប្រចាំរោងចក្រកង់ឡានតាខ្មៅ បានចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០ ដែលមានអ្នកនាំចូលឈ្មោះ អ៊ុំ ស៊ីនឿន និងអ្នកទទួល ស្គាល់ឈ្មោះ ពិន ថុន។ ក្រោយ ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ បានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែ រយៈសេអ៊ីអាជាមួយពិន ថុន ធ្វើសកម្មភាពកុ្នងក្រុម នាក់ ងួនបាន ឃោសនាបំផុសកម្មករចាស់ឱ្យប្រឆាំងអង្គការបដិវត្ដលើការរស់នៅ ធ្វើការងារ ស៊ីចុក សិទិ្ធសេរីភាពគ្រប់បែបយ៉ាង។
