Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
On August-17-1973, Khmer Rebels ordered cadres in all villages to gather a variety of food such as potatoes, cucumbers, pumkins, etc. to supply their soldiers in Battambang and Kampong Chhnang province. In their controlled region, people were very starved; and now the village cadres were seeking for generosity assistance for those people. The rebels chief traveled from Southern region to the Northern of the national road 5 in order to open a training on military strategy and politics in Koh Khsach village and Russei Tamann village in Preah Thnou subdistrict. And, the former chief of BAk Chin Chean sub-district was appointed by the enemies to be chief of committee in charge of economic affairs in Bakan district region 2.
ថ្ងៃ១៧-សីហា-១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមបានបញ្ជាឱ្យគណៈកម្មាភិបាលគ្រប់ ភូមិប្រមូលដំឡូងមី ត្រសក់ ល្ពៅជាដើមដើម្បីផ្ដល់ឱ្យកងទ័ពវានៅ ខេត្ដបាត់ដំបងនិងកំពង់ឆ្នាំង។ សព្វថ្ងៃអ្នកស្រុកកំពុងអត់ឃ្លានយ៉ាង ខ្លាំងនៅតំបន់ខ្មាំងកាន់កាប់ហើយគណៈកម្មាភិបាលកំពុងរៃអង្គាស អង្ករដើម្បីផ្ដល់ជាជំនួយដល់អ្នកស្រុកទាំងនោះ។ មេខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមបានធ្វើ ដំណើរពីតំបន់ខាងត្បូងមកតំបន់ខាងជើងផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៥ ដើម្បីបើក បង្រៀននូវវិជ្ជាយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រនិងនយោបាយក្នុងភូមិកោះខ្សាច់ និងភូមិឫស្សីតាម៉ាន់ក្នុងសង្កាត់ព្រះធ្នូ។ អតីតមេឃុំបាក់ចិពោ្ចៀន ត្រូវខ្មាំងតែងតាំង ឱ្យធ្វើជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាការទទួលភារៈខាងផ្នែក សេដ្ឋកិច្ចក្នុងស្រុកបាកាន តំបន់២។
