Sara Khann confessed that Seng, male, 32, was an electric technical agent. He was in charge of turning electricity off and on in factory of Lok Sang hospital. Currently, he worked at Phsar Tauch Power Plant factory. In 1974, he joined the CIA. Sara Khann did not clarify more about Seng's activities.
