Military zone delegation of Vietnam and Khmer Rouge discussed each other, in which they raised up about the bloody-clash between bothside in Much Au Vay zone. Vietnemeses said that Much Au Vay Lone was their territory, and Cambodia evacuated people in Saom village. The both discussed about the fighting situation in zone 105 in which Vietnamese-side alleged that Khmer Rouge deeply entered into their rea. It was 4.5 km. Vietnameses raised up 3 proposals as following: 1/. Awaited two parties and two governments to solve boudary problem in which they difinite a temporarly boundary-line in order to prevent the attack each other, and easy to cooperate with each other along border in Ratanak Kiri and Mondul Kiri province. 2/. Requested our side to settle people problem in Saom village 3/. Requested for secret discussion about border relationship, and we prepared some projects to restore country after liberating in the framework, and speciality of 109 which related to Vietnam's revolution and event after liberation. Addition : If Angkar agrced, please Bang 89 tell 920 to stop fighting because I could not contact him.

ទាំងសងខាង គេថាត្រង់ចំណុចនោះជាទឹកដីរបស់គេ។ លើបញ្ហាខាង កម្ពុជាប្រមូល និងដកប្រជាជននៅភូមិសោម។ បានលើកសភាពការណ៍ វាយគ្នានៅ១០៥ គេថាខាងកម្ពុជាបានចូលជ្រៅទៅខាងដីគេចម្ងាយ ៤,៥គីឡូម៉ែត្រ។ គេបានលើកសំណូមពរ ៣ៈ ១. ក្នុងពេលរង់ចាំបក្ស ទាំង២ និងរដ្ឋាភិបាលទាំង២ សមេ្រចដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាព្រំដែន ពិត ប្រាកដនូវខ្សែព្រំដែនមួយបណ្ដោះអាសន្ន ដើម្បីជៀសវាងការប៉ះទង្គិច គ្នា និងដើម្បីងាយស្រួលដល់កិច្ចការផេ្សងៗតាមព្រំដែន ទាំងរតនៈគីរី និងមណ្ឌលគីរី, ២.ស្នើរខាងយើងដោះស្រាយប្រជាជននៅភូមិសោមឱ្យគេវិញ, និង៣. ស្នើរពិភាក្សាសមេ្រចជាលក្ខការណ៍មួយចំនួនពីការ ចេញចូលទំនាក់ទំនងតាមព្រំដែនខាងយើងត្រៀមគម្រោងៈ សម្រួល កសាងប្រទេសក្រោយរំដោះក្នុងក្របខ័ណ្ឌ និង១០៩ លក្ខណៈពិសេស របស់១០៩ ដែលមានការទំនាក់ទំនងដល់បដិវត្ដន៍វៀតណាម ខាងក្នុង សង្គ្រាមរំដោះជាតិ និងលើកព្រឹត្ដិការណ៍តាមព្រំដែនមួយចំនួន«ក្រោយរំដោះ» គួរឱ្យស្ដាយ។ បន្ថែមៈ បើអង្គការយល់ព្រម ស្នើរខាង៨៩ ជួយណែនាំខាង៩២០ ឱ្យបង្អង់សកម្មភាពប្រយុទ្ធសិន ខាងយើងខ្ញុំទំនាក់ទំនង៩២០ មិនឮសោះ។ |
