On 28 February, we attacked against squad 7 again. Through this fighting, they withdrew their troops back 1Km to Au Hoch. In this attack, we plundered many guns from them. After that, they came to deploy themselves around Au Tres mountain, and pledsed in Vietnamese and Khmer that ''Cambodia United with Vietnam, and Cambodia didn't aggress other countries, but now Cambodia aggress Ha Noi, so it broke the unity between Cambodia and Vietnam"During they made propaganda about that, there were 2 planes that flew up and down. Division 920 had about 500 patients. About bad characteristic, we arrested 5 people already because because they encouraged some people to run out to their homes, destroy car by hand grenades, and misuse car. Please send tobacco to me through brother Sem, and give recommendation immediately.
នៅថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែធ្នូ ពួកយើងបានវាយពួក៧ម្ដង ធ្វើឱ្យវាថយចំនួន ១គីឡូម៉ែត្រ នៅត្រឹមអូរហុច យើងបានប្រមូលកាំភ្លើងមួយចំនួន។ ក្រោយមកវាបានមកបោះទ័ពលើដីយើងទៀត ហើយរាយខ្សែត្រៀម ព័ទ្ធលើភ្នំអូរគ្រីស ហើយវាអំពាវនាវជាភាសាវៀតណាម និងខ្មែរថា«កម្ពុជា-វៀតណាមសាមគ្គី និងកម្ពុជា មិនឈ្លានពានគេ ឥឡូវមក ឈ្លានពានហាណូយធ្វើឱ្យបែកបាក់សាមគ្គីគ្នា» ព្រមទាំងមានយន្ដ ហោះ២គ្រឿង ហោះចុះឡើង។ បញ្ហាផ្ទៃក្នុងកងពល ៩២០ មានចំនួន មនុស្សឈឺច្រើនដល់ទៅ៥០០នាក់។ បញ្ហាកលមារយាមិនល្អ ឥឡូវ ចាប់បាន៥នាក់ហើយ ហើយបំផុសបំផុលឱ្យរត់ទៅផ្ទះ យកគ្រាប់ បែកកមេ្ទចឡាន បើកឡានឱ្យខូច។ សូមផ្ញើរថ្នាំមកផង តាមរយៈបង សយ ដែលមាន និងជួយផ្ដល់មតិឆាប់ៗនឹង។
