The meeting between Southwest Zone 5, Vietnames delegation and Northeast Zone came to agreement on some problems:
1. Agreement on philosophy and no intention to aggress one another. 2. Agreement on the handing over people to each other and reporting to Cambodia when Khmers flee to settle down there and making it easy for Cambodia cadres to persuade them to return. 3. Interim agreement on the route to patrol along the border of both countries and arranging road 19 as a meeting place. This agreement was written in Khmer and Vietnamese. អង្គប្រជុំរវាងគណៈប្រតិភូយោធភូមិភាគទី៥ វៀតណាម និងយោធា ភូមិភាគឥសាន បានឯកភាពគ្នាលើបញ្ហាមួយចំនួនៈ ១-បានឯកភាព គ្នាជាទស្សនៈ និងគោលជំហរទាំងសងខាង គឺគ្មានគោលបំណងឈ្លាន ពានគ្នាទេ។ ២- បានឯកភាពក្នុងការប្រគល់ប្រជាជនទៅវិញទៅមក ហើយនឹងរាយការណ៍ឱ្យកម្ពុជា ពេលមានប្រជាជនខ្មែរភៀសខ្លួនទៅ និងបង្កលក្ខណៈងាយស្រួលដល់កម្មាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីអប់រំប្រជាជន យកមកវិញ។ ៣- ឯកភាពជាបណ្ដោះអាសន្ននូវចន្លោះ និងបណ្ដោយ ផ្លូវយាមល្បាតការពារព្រំដែនទាំងសងខាង និងកំណត់យកផ្លូវលេខ១៩ ធ្វើជាកន្លែងទាក់ទង ដោយមានឯកសារភាសាខ្មែរ និងវៀតណាម។
