Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Khmer communist made up the village cadre committee in Santok village in which they assigned: Nhem as chief of village, Sem as deputy chief of village, Nget as chief of security section, and Nem as chief of economic section. These enemy positioned in wooden house at VT532-404, and there were probably 30-36 soldiers in platoon, under a commander, named camrade Nat. Khmer communist appointed a person named Soeun to be a chief of village cadre committee in Svay Char village, and other people included: 1. Hao as chief of village, 2. Eng as chief of security section, 3. Leng as chief of economic section, 4. Ry(female) as chief ov propaganda and social affairs section.
ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដបានបង្កើតគណៈកម្មាភិបាលភូមិសន្ទុកដែលមានឈ្មោះ ញែម ជាប្រធាន, សែម អនុប្រធាន, ងែត នាយផ្នែកសន្ដិសុខ, ណែម ប្រធានសេដ្ឋកិច្ច។ ពួកខ្មាំងបានតាំងទីស្នាក់ការនៅក្នុងផ្ទះឈើមួយត្រង់ វេតេ៥៣២-៤០៤ និងមានកងទ័ពមួយកងអនុសេនាតូចដែលមានកម្លាំង ប្រហែលពី៣០ទៅ៣៦នាក់ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះមិត្ដ ណាត។ ខ្មាំងបានតែងតាំងឈ្មោះសឿន ជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាភិបាលភូមិស្វាយចារ ដូចជាៈ ១.ហោ ប្រធាន, ២.អេង នាយផ្នែកសន្ដិសុខ, ៣.ឡេង នាយផ្នែកសេដ្ឋកិច្ច, ៤.មិត្ដនារី រី ផ្នែកឃោនានិងសង្គមកិច្ច។
