Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
A report was sent to comrade 89, describing the situation monitored by rada in Bokor. First they saw a large size plane flying from Vietnam to Thailand and continued to Toch Vier island then flew to the east of Poulu Waii island at the speed of 950 Km/h and then disappeared at Thai Sea. Second, They saw a large size plan flying at the height of 9 Km north of Pring island. It flew at the speed of 910 Km/h and disappeared in Thai sea. Thirdtime, they saw a large size plane flying at the height of 11 Kms and 139 Km from rada. It flew from Vietnam to Thailand at the east of Paulu Waii and continued to Toch Vier island of the speed of 1,200 Km per hour. Then it disappeared in Thai sea.
សេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍មួយផ្ញើជូនបង៨៩ រាយការណ៍ពីសភាពការណ៍ ពិនិត្យតាមដានរ៉ាដាបូកគោ បានឃើញយន្ដហោះធុនធំមួយគ្រឿង ហោះចេញពីយួនទៅសៀម ចេញពីឈូងសមុទ្រសៀម រួចបន្ដហោះ លើកោះតូចវៀរ រួចហោះទៅខាងកើតកោះប៉ូឡូវ៉ៃ ហើយបាត់លើ ឈូងសមុត្រក្នុងល្បឿន ៩៥០គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ក្នុងមួយម៉ោង។ លើកទី២ ឃើញយន្ដហោះធុនធំមួយគ្រឿង ហោះកំពស់៩គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ខាងកើត កោះព្រីង រួចបន្ដបាត់លើឈូង សមុទ្រសៀមក្នុងល្បឿន៩១០គីឡូ ម៉ែត្រក្នុងមួយម៉ោង។ លើកទី៣ ឃើញយន្ដហោះធុនធំមួយគ្រឿង ហោះកម្ពស់១១គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ចម្ងាយ១៣៩គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ពីរ៉ាដា ហោះលើ ឈូងសមុទ្រសៀម ពីយួនទៅសៀម ខាងកើតកោះប៉ូឡូវ៉ៃ រួចបន្ដ ហោះទៅខាងកើតកោះតូចវៀរ ១គីឡូម៉ែត្រ បាត់លើឈូងសៀមក្នុង ចម្ងាយ១,២០០គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ក្នុងមួយម៉ោង។
