Report sent to comrade 89, describing the situation monitored by rada in Purchen Tong. There was a large size plane flying at the height of 7.5Km and 236 Km away from rada. It flew from Vietnam across eastern Poulu Waii island for 29 km, 9 Kms at the east of Toch Vier island, and disappeared at thai Sea. It flew at the speed of 920 Km/h. After that they saw another large size plane flying at the height of 9 Kms, 260 Km from rada. It flied from Thailand 2 Kms, east of Pring island and continued to 25 kms east of Poulu Waii island at the speed of 870 Km/h, and disappared at Vietnam Sea, 269 Km away from rada. Lastly, they saw a large size plane flying from Thailand to Vietnam, across Touch Vier island and continued to the east of Poulu Waii and then disappeared in Thai sea.
សេចក្ដីរាយកាណ៍មួយផ្ញើជូនបង៨៩ ស្ដីពីសភាពការណ៍ពិនិត្យតាម រ៉ាដាពោធិ៍ចិនតុង ឃើញមានយន្ដហោះមួយគ្រឿងធុនធំហោះកម្ពស់ ៧គីឡូម៉ែត្រកន្លះ ចម្ងាយ២៣៦គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ពីរ៉ាដាហោះចេញពីយួន កាត់ខាងកើតកោះប៉ូឡូវ៉ៃ ២៩គីឡូម៉ែត្រ កាត់ឃើញកើតកោះតូច វៀរ ៩គីឡូម៉ែត្រ បាត់លើសមុទ្រសៀម ២៧៣គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ចម្ងាយ ៩២០គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ក្នុងមួយម៉ោង។ ក្រោយមកឃើញយន្ដហោះមួយ គ្រឿងទៀតធុនធំហោះកម្ពស់ ៩.១គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ចម្ងាយ ២៦០គីឡូ ម៉ែត្រ ពីរ៉ាដាចេញពីសៀម ហោះកាត់ខាងលិចកោះព្រីង ២គីឡូ ម៉ែត្រ។ រួចហោះកាត់ខាងកើតកោះប៉ូឡូវ៉ៃ ២៥គីឡូម៉ែត្រ បាត់នៅ សមុទ្រយួនចម្ងាយ ២៦៩គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ពីរ៉ាដា ក្នុងល្បឿន៨៧០គីឡូ ម៉ែត្រ ក្នុងមួយម៉ោង។ បន្ទាប់មកឃើញ មួយគ្រឿងទៀតធុនធំ ហោះពីសៀម ទៅយួនកាត់ខាងកើតកោះតូចរៀរ រួចបន្ដហោះខាង កើតកោះប៉ូឡូវ៉ៃ ហើយបាត់លើសមុទ្រសៀម។
