Comrade Chhin, reported about the border situation under Comrade Ol's responsibility. Our forces patrolled along border, Tuy Pau Sang, Puk Rak village and met squads 7 who was forcing people to dig orchard outside and dig rice field inside. A squad 7, 50 people, equipped with guns, some of who in were tribes, came to meet us near AU Dak Dam and we asked them they said they were patrolling border. They also said that Au Rang and Au Lor were their border which was given by Sihanouk in 1971, in Beijing. And They insisted that Au Huch was not Cambodian-Vietnamese border. They will consider us as enemies if we still operate at Au Huch. They will not recognize till Sihanouk came to settle. Please inform to brother 89.

បានសួរវា វាថាវាដើរធ្វើការតាមព្រំដែន។ វាថាព្រំដែនវៀតណាមនៅ អូររាំង និងអូរឡរ គឺសីហនុចែកឱ្យវាឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ កាលនៅប៉េកាំង។ វាចចេសថា អូរហុចនេះមិនមែនព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-វៀតណាមទេ បើ យើងនៅតែធ្វើការតាមនេះទៀតវាចោទថាយើងជាខ្មាំង។ វាថាទាល់ តែសីហនុ មកសមេ្រចទើបវាទទួលស្គាល់។ សូមបងរាយការណ៍ឱ្យបង ៨៩ផង។
