Telegram 78 reported on the result of negotiation with Vietnam about the border. Vietnam charged Khmer Rouge with aggressing its territory for many Kilometres at 010K, 010Kh, and 010K. Khmer Rouge brought empire-made map to discuss with Vietnam but Vietnam didn't agree and accused empire of creating a map for us to fight only. After discussion Vietnam agreed with the map at point 0102Kh, but Vietnam asked Khmer Rouge for hand the people over to them...People lived in Vietnam were allowed to be educated by Khmer Rouge but they had choice to stay in Vietnam.

ក្រហមបានលើកយកផែនទីរបស់ចក្រពត្រមកពិភាក្សា តែវៀតណាម មិនយល់ព្រមដោយចោទថា ចក្រពត្រគូសទុកសម្រាប់តែឱ្យយើង ឈ្លោះគ្នាតែប៉ុណ្ណោះ។ បន្ទាប់ពីតស៊ូមតិមកទើបវៀតណាម យល់ ព្រមមើលផែនទីត្រង់ចំនុច ០១០ខ។ ម៉្យាងទៀតបញ្ហា ប្រជាជនបាន ស្នើរឱ្យខ្មែរក្រហមប្រគល់ ប្រជាជនខ្មែរដែលនៅវៀតណាម គឺឱ្យខ្មែរ ក្រហមទៅអប់រំ បើគេព្រមមក គឺវាឱ្យយកមកបើប្រជាជនមិនព្រម គឺវាអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យរស់នៅទីនោះ។ |
