Comrade Chhin, sent a telegram 00 to brother 89, containing following: In Koh Moeul, and Mrech, there were 74 tons of rice and 89 sacks of salt (3 tons). In Keo Sema there were 360 sacks of rice (36 tons) and 17 sacks of salt, and in Orang there were 400 sacks of rice and 134 sacks of salt. Each front forces were already sent. One battalion was sent from Orang. Soldiers from Doun Ma Nhear in Mrech village, reached all points. A battalion of male and female soldiers were in Sreh Sangkum village to harvest untill on January 10, 1976. And rice couldn't be transported to together, but it was being transported one after another.
សមមិត្ដ ឈិន បានផ្ញើរទូរលេខ០០ ទៅឱ្យបង ៨៩ ដើម្បីរាយ ការណ៍ខ្លឹមសារចំនួនអង្ករនៅកោះមឿល និងមេ្រច ៧៤តោន, អំបិល ៨៩បាវ (៣តោន)។ កែវ សេមា អង្ករ ៣៦០បាវ (៣៦តោន) អំបិល ១៧បាវ។ អូររាំងចំនួន ៤០០បាវ អំបិល ១៣៤បាវ។ កម្លាំងនៅមុខព្រួញនីមួយៗ បានចេញទៅមួយចំនួនហើយ។ ឯនៅខាងអូររាំងបានទៅមួយកងវរៈសេនាតូច។ ដូនម៉ាញៀ ខាងភូមិមេ្រច បានទៅដល់គ្រប់ចំនួនហើយ។ កម្លាំងយុទ្ធជន យុទ្ធនារីនៅច្រូតស្រូវមួយកងវរៈសេនាតូច នៅភូមិស្រែសង្គម។ កម្លាំងដែលនៅសល់ នៅថ្ងៃទី១០ មករា ១៩៧៦ ទើបទៅអស់ នៅសល់តែអង្ករដឹកទៅពុំបាន តែកំពុងដឹកបន្ដបន្ទាប់។
