កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
On January 08, 1976, comrade Pin, sent a letter to brother 89. Essence please report to brother about walkies-talkies, both Ko Laing and figure. I took them from Kratia to Aur Chbar on January 07, 1976. Road construction was going on towards Au Chbar. A battalion went Orang to protect border and on 9th other troops were sent to Paur Chinda and Maeul. In this January all cadres and combatants could be taken from Kratie including rice and salt.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ សមមិត្ដ ឈិន បានផ្ញើរលិខិត មួយច្បាប់ឱ្យបង៨៩ មានខ្លឹមសារ សូមរាយការណ៍ជូនបងបញ្ហាតេអូ ទាំងកូឡាំង ទាំងទូរលេខយើងខ្ញុំបានយកចេញពីក្រចេះ យកមកអូរច្បារ ហើយចេញពីព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី០៧ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ បញ្ហាធ្វើផ្លូវបងប្អូន កំពុងធ្វើកាត់ចូលទៅអូរច្បារ។ ផ្នែកកម្លាំងទៅ ការពារព្រំដែនបាន ទៅអូររាំងមួយវរៈសេនាតូច ហើយថ្ងៃទី៩ ត្រូវដឹកទៅពាវចិន្ដា និង មឿល ថែមទៀត។ កម្មាភិបាលយុទ្ធជនអាចក្នុងខែមករា នេះដឹកចេញ អស់ពីក្រចេះ នូវអង្ករហើយអំបិលនេះដែលមិនទាន់ដឹកអស់។
