Saing Moeung, worker of textile factory T-2, confessed that Soeun, worker of textile factory T-2, was a Free Khmer network of second lieutenant of Man. Soeun was assigned to hide himself into factories in order to spy on Khmer Rouge. In July 1975, Soeun received the plot from Phav Rong to destroy weaving machine in textile factory T-2.
សាំង មឿង កម្មករតម្បាញត-២ ឆ្លើយសារភាពថាៈ សឿន កម្មករតម្បាញត-២ ជាខ្មែរសេរីរបស់សក្ដិ ១ ម៉ន ឱ្យបន្លំធ្វើ កម្មកររោងចក្រដើម្បីតាមដានខ្មែរក្រហម។ នៅខែ៧-១៩៧៥ សឿន បានទទួលនែការពី ផាវ រ៉ុង អោយបំផ្លាញម៉ាស៊ីនតំបាញត-២។
