At Au Va Ya, comrades reported that Vietnam warned us to retreat from there, they didn't negotiate with us and announced that they don't recognised the agreement any longer. Vietnamse came to our pagoda one after another, but we were keeping defending line well at Au Va ya it's been our territory since our fore fathers. However we wanted to solvepeacefully not by bloodshed, they were stubborn. Therefore, I would like advise from Angkar.
បណ្ដាសមមិត្ដព្រំដែនខាងអូរវាយ៉ បានរាយការណ៍ឱ្យដឹងថា វៀតណាម បានព្រមានឱ្យយើងដកទ័ពថយ។ វាឈប់ពិភាក្សា ហើយ ប្រកាសឈប់គោរពតាមកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងយើងហើយ។ វៀតណាម ចូល មកវត្ដយើងជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់ តែខាងយើងការពារខ្សែត្រៀម ជាប់ត្រង់អូវ៉ាយ នេះជាដីយើងតាំងពីដូនតាមក។ យើងចង់ដោះ ស្រាយដោយសន្ដិវិធី មិនបង្ហូរឈាមតែអានេះក្បាលរឹង ស្នើរអង្គការ ជួយមតិណែនាំថែម។
