Ly Phon, a combatant in 112, was arrested on February 19, 1971 by national army Battalion 161 for being suspected that he was Viet Cong spy because he/ she was Vietnamese and for fake his nationality to be Khmer national.
This person used to serve in Battalion 59 for about months and he deserted from unit. Then, he sreved as army again in battalion 112. ពលទោ លី ផុន ក្នុងកងវរសេនាតូច១១២ ត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួនកាល ពីថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ដោយកងទ័ពជាតិនៃវរសេនាតូច ១៦១ ពីបទសង្ស័យថាជាភ្នាក់ងារយៀកកុង ព្រោះសាមុីខ្លួនជាជនជាតិ យួន ហើយក្លែងបន្លំបញ្ជីជាតិជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរ។ ម្យ៉ាងទៀតសាមុីជន ធ្លាប់ធ្វើទាហាននៅកងវរសេនាតូច៥៩ប្រមាណ៣ខែ ហើយក៏រត់ចោល អង្គភាព។ បន្ទាប់មកក៏ចូលធ្វើទាហានជាលើកទី២ នៅកងវរសេនា តូច១១២ ជាថ្មីម្ដងទៀត។
