Ngvieng Yang Tin, Vietnamese, alias Huoy Ngov in Khmer ID card, served Viet Cong as a foodstuffs supplier in Prek Pdao village, Chrak Mates sub-district, Chiphou district, Svay Rieng province and was arrested by national army in March 1971.
The arrested person confessed that: - In 1954, he/ she lived with his/ her parents in Svay Rieng province - In 1963, he/ she smuggled goods from Chiphou to Bavet - In 1966, he/she was bicycle repairer in Chiphou - In 1967 worked as a rice mill worker ង្វៀង យំាងទិន ជាតិយួន ឈ្មោះក្នុងកាតខ្មែរ ហ៊ូយ ង៉ូវ មានមុខ ងារជាអ្នកផ្ដល់ស្បៀងរបស់យៀកកុងនៅភូមិព្រៃផ្ដៅ សង្កាត់ច្រក មេ្ទស ស្រុកជីភូ ខេត្ដស្វាយរៀង ត្រូវបានកងទ័ពជាតិនៅព្រៃផ្ដៅ ចាប់ខ្លួនបាន កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ សាមុីជនបានសារភាពថា កាលពីៈ-ឆ្នាំ១៩៥៤ រស់នៅជាមួយឱពុកម្ដាយនៅខេត្ដស្វាយរៀង។-ឆ្នាំ១៩៦៣ យកឥវ៉ាន់រត់ពន់ពីជីភូទៅលក់នៅបាវិត។-ឆ្នាំ១៩៦៦ កម្មករជួសជុលកង់នៅជីភូ។-ឆ្នាំ១៩៦៧ កម្មករម៉ាស៊ីនកិនស្រូវនៅភូមិព្រៃផ្ដៅ។
