Saing Moeung, worker of textile T-2, confessed that Leng, worker of textile T-2, was a spy for Peou Sipho, Major, and disguised himself as a worker of Seng Thai textile factory to keep trace of the Khmer Rouge. In October 1975, Leng received Chiep Sen's plots to destroy materials in factory.
សាំង មឿង កម្មករតម្បាញត-២ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ឡេង កម្មករ តម្បាញត-២ ថាៈ ជាគិញរបស់ពៅ ស៊ីផូ សក្ដិ៤គិញ មកបន្លំខ្លួនជា កម្មករតម្បាញសេងថៃ ដើម្បីតាមដានខ្មែរក្រហម។នៅខែ១០-១៩៧៥ ឡេង ទទួលផែនការពីជៀប សេន ឱ្យបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈក្នុង រោងចក្រ។
