Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Kaet Van was arrested in November 18, 1971 by Battalion 271 when they were on operation at Kandal Chrum. He confessed that he really served the traitors as food supplier in Snay Kandal village. He was the one who banned people from running to government occupied region and also the member of military court, Region 20. He was also the one who extremely active in encouraging people to launch the demonstation after March 18.
កើត វ៉ន ត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួនកាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ដោយកងវរសេនាតូច២៧១ ក្នុងពេលប្រតិបត្ដិការនៅកណ្ដាលជ្រុំ។ សាមុីជនបានសារភាពថាបានបម្រើក្រុមក្បត់ពិតមែន ដោយធ្វើជាអ្នករៃស្បៀងនៅភូមិស្នាយកណ្ដាល ជាអ្នកឃាំងរាស្ដ្រមិនឱ្យចេញទៅ តំបន់រដ្ឋការកាន់កាប់ ហើយជាសមាជិកតុលាការសឹកតំបន់២០ ហើយក៏ជាអ្នកឃោសនាយ៉ាងខ្លាំងក្នុងពេលបាតុកម្មក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៨ ខែមិនា។
