About 200 Khmer Rouge, under a Vietnamese commander named Teu Bak, departed from Reab village at WT 213-885 toward WT 811-125 in Bak Dav village. Those enemies attempted to raid the National Army who were operating in these regions. They had mined almost places along the edge of lakes in Bak Dav village.
មានពួកខ្មែរក្រហមប្រហែលជាង២០០នាក់ ក្រោមមេបញ្ជាការយួន ឈ្មោះ ទឺបាក់ បានមកបន្ថែមទ័ពឱ្យគ្នាវាដោយបានធ្វើដំណើរពីភូមិរាប ត្រង់ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ២១៣-៨៨៥ ឆ្ពោះមកភូមិបាក់ដាវ ត្រង់ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ៨១១-១២៥ ក្នុងគោលបំណងចាំវាយឆ្មក់កងទ័ពជាតិដែលចេញ ប្រតិបត្ដិការ។ មិនតែប៉ុណ្ណោះពួកខ្មែរក្រហមនោះបានធ្វើការដាក់មីន នៅភូមិបាក់ដាវ ស្ទើរគ្រប់កន្លែងជាពិសេសនៅតាមមាត់បឹង។
