Ou Chheng, a medical staff in Ponhea Leu district, was caught, by national police in Kandal province. He confessed that he used to be a librarian in an American library, and then he worked in American Medico Health Care in Kratie province as an interpreter to work with American doctor Jonh Amady, who trained him to inject patients with medication.
អ៊ូ ឆេង ជាពេទ្យរណសិរ្សស្នាក់នៅស្រុកពញាឮ ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល ត្រូវបាននគរបាលជាតិខេត្ដកណ្ដាល ចាប់ខ្លួន។ អ៊ូ ឆេង ធ្លាប់ធើ្វជាឆ្មាំនៅបណ្ណាល័យអាមេរិចកាំង និងបន្ទាប់មកទៅធើ្វនៅមណ្ឌលសុខភាពមេឌីក្លអាមេរិចកាំង នៅខេត្ដក្រចេះ មានមុខងារជាអ្នកបកប្រែបន្ទាប់មកទៅធើ្វពេទ្យ ជាមួយអាមេរិចកាំង ហើយត្រូវបានវេជ្ជបណិ្ឌតអាមេរិចឈ្មោះ ចន អាមាឌី បង្រៀនចេះចាក់ថ្នាំ។
