On May 1, 1974, Lei Yang Lay, 20 years-old, a fisherman, was arrested near Kantiey island by Khmer marine army in Neak Loeung. He/She has made a confession that he/she served
opponents for 2 months as fisherman and farmer. ឡេ យ៉ាងឡាយ អាយុ ២០ឆ្នាំ មុខរបររកត្រីត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួនដោយកងទ័ពជាតិខ្មែរនៅអ្នកលឿង នៅពាក់កណ្ដាលកោះកន្ទាយ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ១ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤។ សាម៉ីជនបានសារភាពថាខ្លួនជាអ្នកជួយរកត្រីអោយខ្មាំង, ស្ទូងស្រូវ និងកាប់ស្មៅជាដើមដែលមានរយៈពេល ២ខែកន្លងមកហើយ។
