Seng Hong with code number 77651 of battalion 163 was arrested by the national army in January 27, 1971, accusing of deserting and he was sent to military police of General Staff in Phnom Penh.
សេង ហុង អត្ថលេខ ៧៧៦៥១ នៅកងវរសេនាតូច១៦៣ ត្រូវបានកងទ័ពជាតិចាប់ខ្លួនកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ពីបទរត់ចោលកងទ័ព ហើយត្រូវបានបញ្ជូនខ្លួនទៅនាយសេនាធិការតំរួតយោធា ភ្នំពេញ។
