Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
On May 1, 1974, Khmer Female Marine corps operated from Neak Loeung to Ka-am Samnar. When they arrived at Kantheay island, they saw 3 Vietnameses transporting cows. Three of them were arrested for being suspected of Viet Cong agents and were also sent the 2nd Bureau of Khmer National General Staff on May 3, 1974. These three Vietnameses, whose names were Lei Yang Lay, Yar Yang Eu and Ngou Yang Chhun, made a confession that they were ordinary people, making their living by fishing and transporting people, goods, cows....etc by ferry.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ កងទ័ពនារីខ្មែរបានចេញប្រតិបតិ្ដការពីអ្នកលឿង ទៅក្អមសំណរ លុះមកដល់កោះកន្ធាយបានជួបអនិកជនវៀតណាម ៣នាក់កំពុងចម្លងគោពីភូមិវិដាម មកកោះកន្ធាយ។ ដោយ សង្ស័យថាជនទាំង៣ ជាភ្នាក់ងារយៀកកុង ពួកគេក៏ចាប់ជនទាំង៣បញ្ជូន ទៅការិយាល័យនៃអគ្គសេនាធិការយោធពលខេមរៈជាតិកាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤។ យួនទាំង៣មានឈ្មោះ ឡេ យាំងឡាយ, យ៉យាំងអើ និង ង៉ូ យាំងឈុន។ ក្នុងការសួរចម្លើយជនទាំង៣ឆើ្លយថា ខ្លួនជាប្រជាជនសុទ្ធសាធរកស៊ីនេសាទត្រី និងចម្លងទូកដរនោះ គឺមិនបានធើ្វអី្វខុសច្បាប់របស់សាធារណរដ្ឋខ្មែរឡើយ។
