Saing Moeung, worker of textile factory T-2, confessed that Leng, worker of textile factory T-2, was spy of Major Peou Sipho and hid himself as worker of Seng Thai textile factory, in order to spy on Khmer Rouge. In October 1975, Leng linked his traitorous activities with Chiep Sen so as to destroy materials in textile factory.
សាំង មឿង កម្មករតម្បាញ ត-២ ឆ្លើយពី ឡេង កម្មករតម្បាញ ត-២ ថាៈ ជាគិញរបស់សក្ដិ ៤ ពៅ ស៊ីផូ បន្លំធ្វើជាកម្មករនៅ រោងចក្រតម្បាញ សេង ថៃ ដើម្បីតាមដានខ្មែរក្រហម។ នៅខែ១០-១៩៩៥ ឡេង ភ្ជាប់ខ្សែក្បត់ជាមួយ ជៀប សេន ក្នុងផែនការបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈក្នុងរោងចក្រ។
