Chin Sien, bearing ID card No. 126-709, living on Koh Ok Nhatei sub-district, was a boat driver. He transported goods from Phnom Penh to Raka Kong and from Raka Kong to Phnom Penh.
One day he and Keo Vorn were arrested by battalion 183 for transporting a variety of goods to enemy-occupied region without permission. ឈ្មោះ ជិន សៀន ស្នាក់នៅឃុំកោះឧកញ្ញ៉ាតី កាន់អត្ដសញ្ញាណប័ណ្ណលេខ១២៦-៧០៩ ជាអ្នកបើកបរកាណូតដឹកឥវ៉ាន់ពីរកាកោង ទៅ ភ្នំពេញ-ពីភ្នំពេញទៅរកាកោងវិញ។ ជននេះត្រូវទាហានកងវរសេនា តូច១៨២ ចាប់ខ្លួនរួមជាមួយឈ្មោះ កែវ វ៉ន ពីបទដឹកទំនិញផេ្សងៗ ដោយគ្មានច្បាប់ទៅកាន់តំបន់ខ្មាំងកាន់កាប់។
