On August 6, 1971, the National Army in Touk Meas district, in co-operation with the South Vietnam in Lum Tum Poung village, arrested a Khmer Viet Cong, Soeun Phat, who was been recruiting people to fight against the National.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៦ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ កងទ័ពជាតិប្រចាំការនៅស្រុក ទូកមាស បានសហការណ៍ជាមួយរដ្ឋការយួនខាងត្បូង នៅភូមិលំទំពូង បានទៅចាប់ខ្លួនខ្មែរយៀកកុងម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ សឿន ផាត ដែលកំពុង តែដើរពន្យល់ និងដឹកនាំរាស្ដ្រស្លូតត្រង់ឱ្យចូលរួមធើ្វសកម្មភាពជាមួយ ខ្មាំង ដើម្បីប្រឆាំងនឹងកងទ័ពជាតិ។
