San Soeun was evacuated by Khmer liberation Khmer to the place where they controlled Phoum Thmei at VT 588-806. He failed to be educated and appointed any position. He lived as common people unitil August 28, 1974, he managed to escape from the enemy region and defected to the government in Keo Oudam village VT 597-694 of Kirirom military sub-region. The subject confirmed that in this new village, there were 63 families. They were divided in to 3 group: chief, deputy chief and group member.
សន សឿន ត្រូវបានពួកខ្មែរំដោះកៀរឱ្យទៅនៅតំបន់ដែលពួកវា កាន់កាប់គឺភូមិថ្មី វ៉េតេ ៥៨៨-៨០៦ ហើយគ្មានបានចូលរៀនឬ ទទួលតំណែងអ្វីពីពួកខ្មាំងឡើយ គឺរស់នៅជាប្រជាជនសាមញ្ញរហូត។ លុះដល់ថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ជននេះបានភៀសខ្លួនចេញពី តំបន់ខ្មាំងមកសុំសារភាពជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាល នៅភូមិកែវឧត្ដម ត្រង់ ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៥៩៧-៦៩៤ ក្នុងផ្នែកសឹករងគីរម្យ។ សាមុីជនបាន
បញ្ជាក់ថា ក្នុងភូមិថ្មីនេះមានប្រជាជន៦៣គ្រួសារ ហើយចែកជា៣ ក្រុមទៀតដែលបង្កើតឱ្យមានប្រធាន អនុប្រធាន សមាជិកក្រុម។ |
