Loek Sokha served Khmer communist movement since December 05, 1974 as a combatant in unit A-1, B-3, C-2, in Kampong Ro district and defected on January 01, 1975 to battalion 607. One of his friend, Ok Phon, aka defected with him.
ឡឹក សុខា ជាអតីតយុទ្ធជនក្នុងកងឯកភាពក១, ខ៣, គ២ កងទ័ព ស្រុកកំពង់រោទិ៍ ដែលបានចូលបម្រើខ្មាំងតាំងពីថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែ១២ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៤ នោះ ឥឡូវបានមកសារភាពចំពោះមុខកងវរៈសេនាតូច ៦០៧ របស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលកាលពីថ្ងៃទី០១ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ដោយ នាំមិត្ដម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ អុក ផុន មកជាមួយផង។
