Hem Ven, Khmer communist combattant in Group 1, Company 34, Battalion 13, Regiment 2, was arrested on July 6, 1974 in a battlefield, East of Psadek pagoda in Oudong Meanchey province by amoured Division 7 which was operating at that area.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៦ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ កងរថក្រោះនៃកងពលធំទី៧ ចេញ ប្រតិបត្ដិការណ៍សឹកចាប់បានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនីស្ដម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ហែម វែន ព្រមទាំងអាវុធនៅលើលានប្រយុទ្ធខាងកើតផ្សាដែក ខេត្ដឧត្ដុងមានជ័យ-។ ប្រភពបានសារភាពថា ខ្លួនជាយុទ្ធជននៅក្នុងក្រុមទី១ កងអនុសេ នាធំទី៣៤ កងវរៈទី១៣ នៃកងវរៈសេនាធំទី២។
