In August 27, 1971 Khauv Kim Bun called Kong Seng was arrested by the soldiers of battalion 428 of Chasing infantry division No. 22 accusing him of being the enemy's economic agent. After capturing, the soldiers took the assignment letter No. 220 dated on 13th 1971 issued by the economic committee at Tbong Khmum district. Many other name were recognized such as Lay Kim Leang in his pass No. 185 dated in April 12, 1971 issued by front committee of Chikor sub-district. Next, Kong Seng with pass No. 2245 dated in August 3, 1971 issued by front committee of Suong sub-district. They also found a letter written in Chinese and a certificate written in French with the name of Liv Kong and another certificate written in Khmer with the name of Khauv Kim Bun.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ យុទ្ធជននៃកងវរសេនាតូច ទាហានប្រដេញលេខ៤២៨ នៃកងពលថើ្មរជើងលេខ២២ បានឃាត់ខ្លួនឈ្មោះ ខូវ គីមប៊ុន ហៅ គង់ សេង ដោយចោទថាជាភ្នាក់ងារសេដ្ឋកិច្ចដ៏សំខាន់របស់ខ្មាំង។ ក្រោយពេលចាប់ខ្លួនយុទ្ធជននៃកងវរសេនា តូចទាហានប្រដេញ ដកហូតនេះលិខិតឧទេ្ទសនាមលេខ២២០ ចុះថ្ងៃទី១៣ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ចេញពីគណៈកម្មាធិការសេដ្ឋកិច្ចស្រុកត្បូងឃ្មុំ ដាក់ឈ្មោះ ឡេ គឹមលាង១ច្បាប់, លិខិតធើ្វដំណើរលេខ១៨៥ចុះថ្ងៃទី២ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ចេញពីគណៈកម្មាធិការរណសិរ្សប្រចាំសង្កាត់ ជីគរ ដាក់ឈ្មោះ គង់ សេង ១ច្បាប់, លិខិតធើ្វដំណើរលេខ ២២៤៥ ចុះថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ចេញពីគណៈកម្មាធិការរណសិរ្ស ប្រចាបំសង្កាត់សួងដាក់ឈ្មោះ កង់ សេង ១ច្បាប់, សំបុត្រសរសេរ ជាអក្សរចិន១ច្បាប់, សេចកី្ដស្រង់សញ្ញាប័្រតកំណើតអក្សរបារាំង ១ច្បាប់ដាក់ឈ្មោះ លីវ គង់ សេចកី្ដស្រង់សញ្ញាប័្រតកំនើតអក្សរ ខ្មែរមួយច្បាប់ដាក់ឈ្មោះ ខូវ គីម ប៊ុន។
