On May 1, 1974, Ngo Yang Chhun, 38 years-old, was arrested by Khmer Marine corps at 10 pm while he/she was transporting cows by ferry.
He/She made a confession that he/she already got permission from military authority at Kantheay island before he/she transported these cows. ង៉ូរ យាំងឈុន អាយុ៣៨ឆ្នាំ ត្រូវកងទ័ពជាតិនារីខ្មែរចាប់កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ វេលាម៉ោង២២យប់ នៅពេលគាត់ចម្លងគោ។ សាម៉ីជនបានឆើ្លយពិតថាមុននឹងខ្លួនបានចម្លងគោអោយឈ្មោះ ឡេ យាំងឡាយ គាត់ក៏បានសុំការអនុញ្ញាតពីអស់លោកខាងកងទ័ពជាតិដែលប្រចាំការនៅកោះកន្ធាយនោះ។
