Prakk Yoeun was ordained as a monk in Keo pagoda and then, was forced by enemies to be a militiaman in a village. On November 25, 1973, he and his friend Long Sen defected to our authority in Kours Kralar [village] because they could no longer bear pressure.
ឈ្មោះ ប្រាក់ យឿន កាលដើមឡើយធ្លាប់បួសជាសាមណេរនៅវត្ដ កែវ លុះក្រោយមកត្រូវខ្មាំចាប់បង្ខំឱ្យធ្វើកងឈ្លប ដើម្បីការពារភូមិ។ ដោយមើលឃើញការគាបសង្កត់ពីសំណាក់ខ្មាំង ជននេះបានទៅបបួស ឈ្មោះ ឡុង ស៊ិន ជាមិត្ដភក្ដិមកសុំជ្រកកោនជាមួយរដ្ឋការនៅ គាស់ក្រឡ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។
