A communist person Ket Chhoeun, a soldier in district ៈ 26 region 32 managed to escape from that enemy region and defected to the government in O-Krang Ambel VT 569-688 of Kampong Speu military sub-region on August 25, 1974.
កេត ឈឿន ជាជនកុម្មុយនីស្ដមានតួនាទីជាពលទាហានក្នុងកង ស្រុក ២៦ តំបន់៣២ បានរត់ចេញពីតំបន់ខ្មាំងក្នុងស្រុក២៦ មកសុំចុះចូល ជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៅអូរក្រាំងអំបិលត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៥៦៩-៦៨៨ ផ្នែក សឹករងកំពង់ស្ពឺ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤។
