Sous Say aka Siek received twice plans. First, July 1976 plans were delayed at a time when core works advised public to act the same as their group. Second, July 1976 plans were to spread propaganda toward the inactivity of transportation, the demand for marriage, food, house visit, and mobilized the White Khmer forces by distributing leaflets.
ស៊ូស សយ ហៅ សៀក បានទទួលផែនការចំនួន២លើក។ លើកទី១នៅខែ៧-១៩៧៦ ឱ្យពន្យាពេលធ្វើការងារស្នូល ណែនាំមហាជនឱ្យធ្វើដូចពួកខ្លួន លើកទី២ នៅខែ៧-១៩៧៦ ឱ្យដើរបំផុសធ្វើឱ្យអសកម្មភាពក្នុងការងារដឹកជញ្ជូនទាមទាររកគ្រួសារ ទាមទារហូបបាយ ទាមទារទៅលេខផ្ទះ បំផុសប្រមូលកម្លាំងខ្មែរ សបាចខិតប័ណ្ណ។
