Source said, on July 13, 1973, Nouth Viet Congs and Khmer guerrillas equipped with AR-15 guns, M-79 guns and AK-47 guns came to deploy in Prek Kra Bao village, Prek Ampil sub district and Prek Loung district in Kandal province. Villagers and fisher who opposed were killed by those enemies.
