In 1973, khmer rebels had 4 artillery installation places in Reussei Srok, Cheu Teal sub-district, to be ready for the installation of 82mm, 60mm, 75mm and 12,7mm artileries. They attempted to use these places for shelling Ta Khmao city, Boh Angkanh, Koh Krabey, Kienn Svay district and to coped with national marine troop who were helping the troops in Koh Anlong Chen.
នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ពួកខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមមួយចំនួនបានធើ្វកន្លែងតាំងកាំភើ្លងធំចំនួន៤កន្លែង ក្នុងនោះមានកាំភើ្លងធំធុន៨២មីលីម៉ែត្រ, ៦០មីលី ម៉ែត្រ ៧៥មីលីម៉ែត្រ និង១២,៧មីលីម៉ែត្រ ត្រង់ភូមិឫស្សីស្រុក សង្កាត់ឈើទាល។ កន្លែងតាំងកាំភើ្លងធំទាំងប៉ុន្មាននៅក្នុងស្រុកកៀន ស្វាយ គឺវាមានបំណងបាញ់ផ្លោងចូលក្រុងតាខ្មៅ និងចូលភូមិបោះ អង្កាញ់, កោះក្របី និងជាពិសេសចូលសាលាស្រុកកៀនស្វាយ និង ម៉ារីនកងទ័ពជាតិ ដែលឡើងទៅជួយទ័ពប្រចាំនៅកោះអន្លង់ចិន។
