Khmer rebels aimed to evacuate Cambodian and Vietnamese who lived in Pralay Meas village, Koh Tapeou, Steng Chrao and Kampong Reang village of Tek Phos district Kampong Chhnang province and collected inhabitant's properties to put as collective property. People who lived under the control of the enemy, had miserable life and thought of running away form them to join the government.
ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមមានបំណងនិងចូលមកកៀរអ្នកស្រុកទាំងខ្មែរ និងយួន ដែលរស់នៅក្នុងភូមិប្រឡាយមាស, កោះតាពៅ, សឹ្ទងជ្រៅ និងកំពង់រាំងក្នុង ស្រុកទឹកផុស ខេត្ដកំពង់ឆ្នាំង ហើយពួកវាបានប្រមូលទ្រព្យសម្បតិ្ដរបស់អ្នកស្រុកទាំងអស់ជាសម្បតិ្ដរួម។ ប្រជាជនដែលសិ្ថតនៅក្នុងតំបន់ខ្មាំងកាន់កាប់មានការលំបាកវេទនាយ៉ាងខ្លាំង ហើយកំពុងតែរិៈរកមធ្យោ -បាយគ្រប់បែបយ៉ាង ដើម្បីរត់ភៀសខ្លួនមកកាន់តំបន់រដ្ឋាភិបាល។
