បញ្ជាការខ្មែរក្រហម បានបញ្ជាគ្រប់ប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការសេដ្ឋកិច្ចឃុំ ទាំងអស់ ឱ្យខិតខំប្រមូលវិភាគទាន និងបងើ្កនពន្ធអាករទៅលើទំនិញដែលនាំចូលកាត់តាមតំបន់វាកាន់កាប់ ជាពិសេសត្រូវប្រមូលទូក និង កាណូតទាំងអស់ពីអ្នកស្រុកមកប្រើប្រាស់សិន។
